  • We typically collect your name, location, email address, as needed, when registering our students.
  • This is needed to ensure we are able to provide our services via consultations & lessons, facilitate safe secure payments, or when students need to contact us.
What do we use your information for?
  • We use your information to improve our service to you, to send emails, respond to inquiries & provide customer service and support as requested, or needed.
Do we disclose information to 3rd parties?
  • We never give, sell, trade or transfer any of your information to any 3rd parties outside of The Confidence Factory.
  • The only people who see your information are those who work inside of The Confidence Factory such as tutors, managers, consultants and website maintainers, all of which are trusted inside of The Confidence Factory.
  • The only reason such people would see your information is to provide service to you as needed.
Information from referrals
  • We never share personal information you provide us via referrals with any third parties.
  • We will only contact your referrals upon written permission from you.
Your consent
  • By entering into an agreement with The Confidence Factory, you consent to our privacy policy automatically.
  • You also agree that The Confidence Factory can store and transfer your information within The Confidence Factory.
  • Any information you provide through 3rd party chats is not covered by this privacy policy. We can only guarantee the security of information you provide to The Confidence Factory directly.

Payments
  • The Confidence Factory uses the services of Stripe to manage payments, in addition to bank transfers (direct deposit).
  • Each of these are secure and have their own unique privacy policy which you should be familiar with. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to raise these with us.
